All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Everything on our website — including our brand, logo, product names, images, text, graphics, and overall design — belongs to Pixie Pay or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

The Pixie Pay name, logo and brand are our trademarks. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. Please don't use either without permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or security. If you choose to visit a third-party site, you do so at your own risk — please review their terms and privacy policies before engaging.

We may also provide access to optional third-party tools as part of our services. These are provided "as is" without any warranties from us. Your use of any such tools is entirely at your own discretion.

Our store is built on and powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Pixie Pay — not with Shopify.

By using our store, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from our products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages or liabilities arising from your transactions with Pixie Pay.

We genuinely love hearing from our customers! If you leave a review, send us feedback, or share ideas with us, you're granting us a licence to use, share and publish that content across our platforms — including for promotional purposes.

By submitting feedback you confirm that it's your own original content, that it's honest and accurate, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. Please keep it kind — we reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive, unlawful or misleading.

We're not obligated to respond to, act on, or compensate you for any feedback you share with us.

Our store is here for genuine customers to shop and explore. You agree not to use our website or services for any of the following:

Assignment
