How the Magic Guarantee Works
The wand must be returned in its original condition — we just can't resell a wand that's been through a tumble dryer! Other than that, no hoops to jump through. 💜
We Also Cover
- ✓ Broken or damaged on arrival — full refund or replacement, no questions asked. Just send us a photo so we can see what happened.
- ✓ Order not received within the expected timeframe — we'll refund or resend your order. We've got you covered.
- ✓ Defective or malfunctioning card holder — we'll exchange it and cover all return shipping and replacement costs. You won't pay a thing.
For damage, defects or missing orders, please reach out within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can get things sorted fast. 📸
What We Don't Cover
- ✕ Normal wear and tear — your wand is designed to last, but everyday use over time isn't something we're able to cover.
- ✕ Misuse or accidental damage — if it's been dropped, bent, or used in a way it wasn't designed for, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- ✕ Magic Guarantee returns after 14 days — the guarantee window starts from the date your order is delivered, so please don't leave it too long!
How to Make a Claim
For approved exchanges on defective items, we'll cover all return shipping and send your replacement completely free of charge. Magic, sorted.
