Your happiness genuinely matters to us. Magic Pixie Pay is built on joy and good vibes — and that doesn't stop at checkout. If your wand arrives less than magical, here's exactly what we'll do about it. 💜

The 14-Day Magic Guarantee

Thousands of pixies are already out there paying in style — and we're completely confident you'll love your wand too. But just in case the magic doesn't land, we've got you covered.

If you're not absolutely delighted with your Pixie Pay wand within 14 days of receiving it, simply return it and we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

How the Magic Guarantee Works

Try it for 14 days Give your wand a proper run — take it to the café, the supermarket, the bar. If it doesn't spark joy, that's okay.

Get in touch within 14 days of delivery Email us at hello@magicpixiepay.com or use the contact form on our website. Just let us know you'd like to return your wand — no need to explain why.

Send it back Pop your wand in the post back to us. Return shipping is at your cost — we recommend using a tracked service so you know it's on its way safely.

Receive your full refund Once we receive your return, we'll process your full refund back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Simple as that. ✨

The wand must be returned in its original condition — we just can't resell a wand that's been through a tumble dryer! Other than that, no hoops to jump through. 💜


We Also Cover

  • Broken or damaged on arrival — full refund or replacement, no questions asked. Just send us a photo so we can see what happened.
  • Order not received within the expected timeframe — we'll refund or resend your order. We've got you covered.
  • Defective or malfunctioning card holder — we'll exchange it and cover all return shipping and replacement costs. You won't pay a thing.

For damage, defects or missing orders, please reach out within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can get things sorted fast. 📸

What We Don't Cover

  • Normal wear and tear — your wand is designed to last, but everyday use over time isn't something we're able to cover.
  • Misuse or accidental damage — if it's been dropped, bent, or used in a way it wasn't designed for, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  • Magic Guarantee returns after 14 days — the guarantee window starts from the date your order is delivered, so please don't leave it too long!

How to Make a Claim

Get in touch within 14 days Email us at hello@magicpixiepay.com or use the contact form on our website. Tell us your order number and what's happened.

Send us a photo A quick snap of the issue goes a long way — it helps us understand exactly what's happened and get things moving for you faster.

We'll sort it out Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll confirm your refund or organise your replacement. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.

For approved exchanges on defective items, we'll cover all return shipping and send your replacement completely free of charge. Magic, sorted.
