All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is processed and packed up with love, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your wand's journey to you.
During busy periods — like holiday seasons and sale events — processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and promise it'll be worth the wait! 💜
